Does not require admin rights to run. (But it's still higly recommended to run as admin, otherwise some process information will be missing.) - btop4win-LHM Has full GPU monitoring, etc. using Libre Hardware Monitor, DLL's included in the package, (LHM-CPPdll source). Requires admin rights to run.
