What's new in 8.4.3
We have cooked up a regular release for you. No massive changes this time. We've mostly made things faster and smaller. We added a new setting (in the General tab) to control Tribler's memory consumption. If you have memory to spare, you can enable fetching torent info into RAM using the Prefer storing torrent info in RAM setting. Otherwise, if you want to avoid filling your memory, Tribler will use your disk for this. For Mac users Our .app signing is currently broken (issue #8835). This means that you will have to manually tell your Mac to clear the "quarantine this app because it was downloaded from the Internet"-flag using one of the following commands in your terminal: xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/tribler-8.4.3-i386.app xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/tribler-8.4.3-arm.app
