Updated the text at the bottom of printed maps to properly reflect which North reference was in use. Fixed an error in the Go to PLSS dialog which resulted in an error message for some states like New Mexico. Fixed a crash when using the Project Waypoint dialog (or certain other floating dialogs) while drawing a route. Updated the Extract Map Features from OpenStreetMap command to work with some of their recent overloaded server issues.
